Sidecar Health’s iOS app allows members to access their Sidecar Health account easily and quickly from their Apple devices. The app works across all phases of the Sidecar Health experience.
Before getting care, the app enables members to:
• View the benefit amount for each of 170,000 medical services and prescription drugs
• Find local doctors, and access reviews and medical service prices from other Sidecar Health members (if available)
• Find local pharmacies and view pricing for prescription medications
• Access ScriptSave WellRx discount codes for prescription drugs.
After getting care, members use the app to
• Receive notifications of new charges to their Sidecar Health payment card
• Upload medical bills using the phone’s camera
• Leave reviews for local doctors
• Track medical expenses and benefits paid by the plan.
Additionally, Sidecar Health members can use the app anytime to:
• Bookmark and save favorite providers
• View their annual coverage amount, and their remaining coverage allowance
• Manage account billing and payment settings, including personal payment cards and autopay settings
• Configure notification settings, including emails and push notifications
• Upload and store documents for the Sidecar Health member care team
• Access Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
